Fees

I use a sliding scale based on the Green Bottle model to help make therapy more accessible while sustaining my practice. Please review the descriptions below to decide which tier best reflects your current financial reality.

Choosing Your Tier

This model is built entirely on trust and will never ask for proof of income. I simply ask that you choose your tier honestly.

I hold a limited number of spaces for each band. Because demand for lower-fee slots is high, please be mindful that choosing a reduced rate when you can comfortably afford the standard fee takes that accessible spot away from someone else.

Therapy is a regular financial commitment. If my concession rate is still outside your budget, please let me know, I am very happy to signpost you to other organisations and therapists who can offer more affordable support.

Standard Rate

Individual Therapy £85
Couples & Relationships £110

For those who are comfortably able to meet their basic needs and have expendable income.

  • You comfortably meet basic needs (rent/mortgage, bills, food)

  • You own property or have secure tenancy

  • You have substantial savings or an investment/pension safety net

  • You have expendable income for regular travel, eating out or luxuries

Reduced Rate

Individual Therapy £65
Couples & Relationships £80

For those who may stress about meeting basic needs but generally achieve them, with some limited expendable income.

  • You have some debt or a modest student loan but it doesn't prevent basic spending

  • You have little to no savings but your employment is relatively stable

  • You might need to budget or make a sacrifice to afford therapy but it won't cause systemic hardship.

Concession Rate

Individual Therapy £55
Couples & Relationships £60

For those who struggle to meet basic needs and have little to no expendable income.

  • You struggle to meet basic needs (frequently worried about rent, energy bills or food)

  • You are unemployed, underemployed, or receive benefits

  • You have no savings and no family financial safety net

  • Paying a standard rate would cause active financial hardship
