Exploring the stories we carry about sex, intimacy, relationships and ourselves

We all grow up with ideas about who we are, how relationships work and what sex and intimacy should look like. Some we choose, others we inherit from our families, culture, relationships and past experiences. Sometimes those stories no longer fit. Or, perhaps they never fit to begin with.

Therapy offers space to slow things down, make sense of what is happening and explore what you might want to be different.

Psychosexual Therapy

For individuals and relationships

Explore intimacy, desire and the physical or emotional changes affecting your sex life.

You might be navigating mismatched desire, arousal difficulties, painful sex or concerns around pornography use or other compulsive behaviours. Together, we can explore what is happening beneath the surface and find a way forward.

Relationship Therapy

Communication, trust and intimacy

Sometimes the problem isn’t the relationship itself but the repeating pattern you’ve found yourselves caught in. When communication breaks down, you can both end up feeling unheard, stuck or distant.

Therapy creates space to slow that pattern down, understand what is happening underneath it and find different ways of dealing with conflict, relating and communicating with each other.

Creative Psychotherapy

When words aren't quite enough

My background in music therapy informs a creative, sensory-aware way of working. Creativity can offer another route into feelings, memories and experiences, especially when words don’t quite capture what is happening.

You don’t need to see yourself as creative, artistic or musical. Creative approaches can be used on their own or woven into psychosexual and relationship therapy, depending on what feels useful for you.
